Mogaji Abiola has been widely celebrated both at home in Ibadan and abroad as he has become an embodiment of Yoruba culture and an ambassador to the upliftment of the Yoruba race, which led to his recognition and award of the prestigious traditional title of “Mogaji” in 2016. “You’re being recognized today as a means of compensating your “leadership qualities and contributions to the upliftment of Ibadan”, said Olubadan Saliu Adetunji during the installation.
